To get an estimate on your watch repair, please fill out the printable Watch Repair Form to the best of your knowledge and mail or bring it in along with your watch.

Please don't forget to insure your watch if necessary as Generales and Generales is not responsible for watches lost in transit.

Once we recieve your watch we will fax, e-mail or mail a quote to you. Upon receiving the quote you may deny the work or return the signed quote to us along with your payment via Fax, e-mail or mail.

If the repair request is denied the watch will be returned to you immediately. If you approve the quote, please allow 2-3 weeks for the watch to be repaired and returned to you unless otherwise notified.

WARNING! Do not send replica watches as we are required by law to turn then over to the true manufacturer.
