Questions & AnswersQ: Do you accept checks/credit cards?A: Yes, we accept cashiers checks, personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. Personal checks must clear at our bank before the watch is returned to the customer. Q: Which brand(s) do you repair? A: We repair all brands from Timex to Rolex, from antique to new, although there are a handful of watches which the parts are not available for. Q: How much is it going to cost to repair my watch? A: Each watch is different. We will do our best to give you a ballpark figure over the phone, but we will not know for sure until we have the watch at our store. Q: How long will it take to repair my watch? A: Most watches are repaired and returned within 2 to 3 weeks after we receive the signed quote along with the payment. Exceptions only occur when parts are on back-order. Q: How do I get my watch to your store? A: Send us your watch via Fed-Ex, DHL, UPS, or USPS along with the watch repair form. Make sure to insure your package, as Generales & Generales is not responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit. We welcome walk-ins so if you are in the Los Angeles area, then please feel free to deliver the watch personally. Q: What can you do to make me feel more secure about sending my watch to your store? A: Please check out our B.B.B. (Better Business Bureau) rating and our J.B.T. rating as we are one of the highest ranked jewelry stores in the nation. We have been in the same location for over 40 years. |
