We have a minimum diagnosis charge of $25. This covers your estimate for the repair and (in most cases) return shipping if you choose not to have the repair done. If you accept the repair estimate, the minimum charge is waived. If COD return shipping is required, an additional $20 fee will be assessed.

NOTICE: All items not picked up within 30 days of return shipping will be deemed forfeited.
